The Best Concert I’ve Ever Been To…

Recently, I went to see violinist Lindsey Stirling in concert. I had been saving for a long time and was able to purchase a VIP ticket to meet her. It was amazing and she was so nice! If you haven’t heard of her, I recommend checking her out!

Her performance was mind blowing. Not only did she sound great, but her dancing was incredible and show was spectacular. At one point she was playing her violin...while spinning...while upside down! I was on a high watching this show and it lasted for days afterward (I still kinda am!).

Lindsey is a great player and dancer. She is an inspiration, as she has battled with mental health issues and a lot of loss in her life, but she never quit on her dreams. She told us in her Q&A that she didn’t even start dancing till she was 23. 23 can you believe that? I would say she caught on very quickly, because she can really dance (and play at the same time!) Personally, I have not had the easiest path in life, and have suffered problems similar to hers. It was inspiring to see that if you put your mind and heart into something, you can achieve your dreams. It takes a lot of work, but it is so worth it in the end. If you are ever feeling down, just know that you are not alone and that you can accomplish anything you want to in your life with a little hard work and self belief. XOXO, Rhiannon
